SharePoint "News" On-Premise
Hi All!
We are currently configuring a new SharePoint Server 2019 environment. I know that several features have been released and are coming soon for News in SharePoint Online. Does anyone know what features will be coming to SharePoint Server 2019 (on-premise)? We won't be going to Online in the very near future so I'm itching to see some of these features on-premise. Features that come to mind:
- News Source
- News Link
- Organizational News
- Expiration date
- Filtering
- AFAIK, Microsoft is not planning to add new features to SP 2019 in the form of Feature Pack...I might be also wrong, but Ignite is around the corner and for sure we will have some answers there
