SharePoint Mobile, Office Graph Error -"We need Office Graph to show this"

Some of our android users seeing this error message on SharePoint mobile.

"We need Office Graph to show this"

It indicates that Office Graph is not on. We have uninstalled and re-installed the app several times but are consistently getting this error (of course it is our executives having the issues). This is only a subset of our Android users that see this.
