Sharepoint customize document management system

I want to ask that when I upload a data in document management system in SharePoint online I want to add my logic also. Ex-:if I upload a data it will automatically send that file to another system or to another site.

Please mention that we can do this part with sharepoint server or sharepoint 2019.
