SharePoint Calnedar Sharing - Communication Hub
Is there a way to share a calendar with people who are not part of my organization on my SharePoint Commumication Hub?
Are you talking about the calendar view in modern SharePoint lists?
You will have to enable the external sharing for your SharePoint site and then share the SharePoint list with external or guest users. Check:

It seems to be a Enterprise issue. It will not let me share outside of my organization but some of my users are at another university. So frustrating.
