SharePoint Approval Workflow - Overdue Tasks
Where do I check if Overdue task emails were sent out?
On a SharePoint 2013 farm:
- SharePoint 2013 workflow
- SharePoint 2010 custom Approval workflow;
I've seen that OverdueRepeat is specified as Weekly.
Is there a timer job that runs so that each task will be processed?

Check this timer jobs if it is running without any issues as it handles all timer based workflow related activities.
But the best way to check if the email was sent or not is by copying a centralized mailbox in all emails. That way will have a record proof to show in future that email was delivere without fail. Use this as a best practice.

All Succeeded status for Bulk workflow task processing.
I've added a log history under "When a Task Expires" step but wondering whether SendDefaultTaskNotifications (Yes/No) controls this behavior for SP2010 workflows.
