Sharepoint 2019 Login Azure AD ?

With sharepoint 2019 can configure to login by Azure AD ? please help me if it work with Login Azure AD Office365

this document more step and not simple . So i can use both login AzureAD and basic as current default sharepoint ? because I want public sharepoint user for some user (another deny) user Azure AD with MFA
If use AZURE AD then need reassign permission ? because we have assign user permission to some list and item .
This is a late reply but you can extend a web application to used the federated identity and the external users will use the Federated login to login to the web application.
