SharePoint 2016 Server installation and configuration time estimate

I know there are many variables when it comes to installing and configuring a SharePoint 2016 Server Enterprise  farm, but is it possible for someone to provide a ballpark number in working days to set up a stand alone "simple" SP2016 farm?   By simple I mean no customizations, out-of-the-box best practices as much as possible to support 500 sites in a non-regulated (e.g. not 21CFRPart11) environment.

• Does it take one week, one month, six months?
• What are some example time frames for those that have done so with some context about the environment?
• How long to install software and flip all the switches?
• How long to move from DEV to QA to PROD?

If your answer is "it depends." please provide example dependancies.  Thanks in advance to those that respond.
