I guess versioning is not an option here to recover the page...have you tried to edit in SP Designer 2013 and remove the WebParts that can be causing the 404 error? Are those errors caused by OOB WebParts or custom ones?

I guess versioning is not an option here to recover the page...have you tried to edit in SP Designer 2013 and remove the WebParts that can be causing the 404 error? Are those errors caused by OOB WebParts or custom ones?
