Sharepoint 2013 - Im getting "The context has expired and can no longer be used"

Hi Guys,

 

Good Day!

 

Im new to Sharepoint 2013 Administration and I badly need some help in finding out why we are getting this every hour. This issue occur when a Top news is published.

 

Error Message: 

 

Steps thats Ive taken:

1. Reset IIS - Issue reoccurs every 1 hr

2. Disabled "Web Page Security Validation - Did not work

3. Synced the time of our servers - Did not work.

 

I really dont know where to go. Hopefully, An expert with good heart see this post.

    Please check that Timezone setting is set on your sharepoint portal.

    Please make sure Security token timeout value is set to default value of1440 .

     

    Try this command to found out more.

    stsadm -o getproperty -pn token-timeout

     

    You do not need to reset IIS, try below.

      I really appreciate your time for answering my question. Ive run the script and here's what ive got.

      We are still on IIS 6. but ive set a scheduled recycle time.
