SharePoint 2010 workflows -finding active workflows

Hi,

 

We have lot of classic 2010 list and content type scoped workflows. Is there a way in Powershell to identify the workflows that are actively used ? so that we can migrate those  workflow flows on priority to power automate?

    Unfortunately legacy SP 2010 workflows are not exposed through SPO APIs, so to my knowledge there is not a way you can get them listed

      For OOB SharePoint 2010 workflows , the entries are getting logged in to SharePoint workflow history list. 

      But for Designer workflows the entries are not getting logged . I believe 'Log to workflow history' action needs to be explicitly added to designer workflows.
