SharePoint 2003 Optional buttons missed (new, upload, actions).
Domain user have "Contribute" rights in specific "Sites and Workspaces", the problem is that buttons are missed (new, upload, actions). If I create a new domain user I have the same problem, se attach...
- You probably have custom permissions on the library itself, so they need to be added to or check the library itself's permissions not just the site it lives on.
This issue is like the "Contribute" right works as "Read only" right.
