Sharepoint & SQL conection

Hello everyone,

Does anybody know how to connect Sharepoint to SQL?. I need to create a Sharepoint form to register selling information and then read, follow and modify it in SQL Server.

Usually I use Visual Studio to connect SQL databases with external data sources, but I dont Know which data source connection I must use and where I can get the connection parameters from Sharepoint.

Please I would appreciate your help!

Thanks!

Best regards

Fabricio1081 There are SQL Server triggers and actions in Power Automate. So when an item is created in a SharePoint list it can insert a row into SQL Server. It is a premium connector though so will cost something.

Fabricio1081 there's no free SQL connector in Power Automate. There might be other ways to do what you want but I'm afraid I'm not the one to give you an answer on that.
