Shared Mailbox of Separated User Management

Shared mailboxes are not a good solution when you have to meet compliance requirements. Use Inactive mailboxes instead: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/inactive-mailboxes-in-office-365?view=o365-worldwide
