Set Default column values to Folders in document library SharePoint
Can we able to set Default Column values at the time of Folder Creation in a default Document Library in SharePoint. ?? Any have tried it out ?? By Default, we will be able to give the name only at the time of creation.

Yes, but you will need to create a custom folder content type where you add the columns you want and when you define the columns, you can specify default values
