Sending notifications to review documents

What about building your own reminder Flow? The scenario you have here is totally feasible with Flow. Change the visualization could be a little bit more trickier and you would need to explore JSON Column formatting to see if it can fit your requirements

I don't seem to have a flow template available that will let me do that, so do I need to use the Sharepoint Designer add on?
