Securing page links on homepage

I am working on a human resources site.  We have 3 entities in our family of companies so the homepage will have a link for the applicable page for each of the entities.  I am trying to secure the homepage so the users for each entity will only see the link for their respective page on the HR homepage.  For instance, if you work for the bank, you will only see a link for that page and wouldn't see the page links for the other 2 entities.
