Run time error web access

Hi,

I have installed SharePoint 2016 onpremis.

I run Products Configuration Wizard again, long time after installation, an received error message when I tried to access admin page with IE:

Server Error in '/' Application.  Runtime Error

I think the problem is with any of service account or connections on DB?

Has anyone idea what could be problem and how to solve it?
