Remove from Sharepoint online a shared link from a library's item for a user with powershell?

   I'd like some help on removing from Sharepoint online a shared link from a library's item for a specific user with powershell. 

I found a script looping on each SharedLink for an item. But how make the join with the user associated with this link ?
