Refinablestring results include hash marks and semicolons

DonnaSteinwand I am running into this same issue. If someone else has answers where I can configure it away, I'm all ears. In the meantime, I am attempting to build a custom search refiner to help address this for our install and will update if I can get it working.
Sunira I think we fixed it by fixing the original values where extra characters or misplaced characters were removed. Good luck. This happened in multiple choice fields.
