louisquinet this isn't possible with SharePoint on its own because you would need 3 calculated columns (to be populated if the value of the first column is A),  but you can't manually add data into a calculated column (it the first column is anything other than A). So you'll need to have 3 single line of text columns and then use a flow in Power Automate to check if the first column has changed and if it has, if the first column is A then populate the other 3 columns, otherwise don't take any action so you can enter the data into those columns manually.
