EdjeZ yes, apologies it is just the copy option within OD4B that currently shows the option of other sites. I have tried this on a few tenancies and the behavior would appear to be consistant for both First Release and Standard Release users.

- @James: today I can use the functionality as intended. Checked by someone else and works there too. Yesterday it didn't. I can't explain why :-(.
I guess I'll have to investigate further and if neccesary I'll submit a service request....
