Programming language Power Apps
I know HTML 5 and CSS and some JavaScript but I don't know how to apply this knowledge to Power Apps. What computer language do I need to know to use power apps?
David1750 the basic foundation of a Power Apps canvas app is Power FX. There are lots of very good videos on You Tube by Shane Young, April Dunnam, Reza Dorrani and Laura Rogers which will help you to get started.
