Problem Install SharePoint Framework WebPart On Premise

Hello, I did update the SharePoint 2016 on premises, but I can not use a spfx webpart installed. I managed to put it in the catalog and everything worked fine but when trying to use webpart spfx the following error happens (attached). In the image, you may notice that the webpart appears, but a message appears saying that it can not be added to this site.
