Apart from these if you are looking for some advanced tutorials on conditions and actions there is not much available.
Best way to go about it is start using them and try them for your usecases and figure out what options are available in flow and powerapps.
Best places to learn about PowerApps and Flow are also PowerApps and Flow Communities...there you can find useful tips, posts, etc from a basic level to an advanced one
