Permissions level for view site pages only in SPO

Question

I would like to create a Permissions Level that can only view site pages and not lists and documents.

Site Permissions - View Pages and Open

--Access Denied unless I also give View Items under List Permissions.

I have to give View Items under List Permissions to get the site to load, which give them read to the document library.

Anyone know if this can be done to only give access to view pages and not Documents?

Hi,
Unfortunately you are limited to the individual permissions SharePoint provide Those permissions don't allow to make the distinction you need unless you break permissions on every list, library in your site
