Performance and capacity planning for SP 2016
Is anyone have Capacity planning sheet for SharePoint 2016? or can refer any good material. I have already read this link :https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc298801(v=office.16).aspx.

I'm not aware of an Excel sheet that is similar to Exchange. Unlike Exchange, SharePoint has a significant number of variables that are difficult to account for. Most 'sizing' is just based off of experience and a bit of guessing/magic.
I'm not aware of an official capacity planning sheet for SP 2016
