People Search and authentication

I have a Web Application for My Sites with its My Site host Collection. Everything is running well; users can create their personal sites without problem.

Yes Pieter Veenstra, I have configured UPA, MMS and SSA too.
And users can create their personal sites.
The problem is, after a full crawl, if I dont use NTLM authentication, peopleresults.aspx doesn't show user results. If I check NTLM authentication, peopleresults.aspx shows results but before display, system ask again for NTLM credentials (and the user is yet authenticated with his ADFS credentials).
