Our Exchange email list on Sharepoint

I run our company's SharePiont site and I am tired of downloading the list of emails to a file and then uploading it to a sharepoint list so that everyone in the company can easily find other's email address.   Isn't there a way I can dynamically link to our Exchange roster of emails o
