'OpenApiConnection' is not valid

Hello all, I've been having an issue getting my SP list to update from my excel file. I keep running into this error. Can someone please help?

OpenApiOperationParameterTypeConversionFailed. The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Update_item' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: Input parameter 'id' is required to be of type 'Integer/int64'. The runtime value '"Lists%252f12OCT2022%2bDEMO%252f17949_.000"' to be converted doesn't have the expected format 'Integer/int64'.
