Old Sharepoint Server

We have an old achieve Sharepoint 2010 server sitting on a 2008 Server. We dont want this data imported into our current live Sharepoint server but we do want the data somewhere in case someone needs to reference it.

Is it possible to export all the data from Sharepoint to a drive share on our network or something basic and not requiring any maintenance.
