Not able to access sharepoint online store permissions issue

Hi Everyone, 

     I am running into an issue while I've been working on the structure of SP, Everytime I go to the Sharepoint Online store in the APP catalog, it tells me ( and the global admin) that I "dont have permissions to add apps to sharepoint."  Is there something that I'm missing here? Keep in mind, I am the sharepoint admin as far as my permissions go, so I should technically be able to access that part of it... Any questions, please ask, I am open to suggestions here...
