Multiple lines of text column is limited to 255 characters

Question

Hi&nbsp;I have a SharePoint list and one of the columns is of type 'Multiple lines of text'.&nbsp; When I edit the record (using Edit in grid view), I am unable to edit a field that has more than 255 characters.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I used to be able to edit the field, but now nothing is added - I can only delete characters.&nbsp;Is there any reason for this?&nbsp; I'm not sure that adding a new column, copying the existing data and then deleting the old column will work as there is a PowerApp that uses the SharePoint list.&nbsp;Pete

Hi,&nbsp;&nbsp;this toggle was already selected.&nbsp;Apparently this was a Microsoft problem and has now been resolved.&nbsp;Pete
