Multiple Condition List View Filter Is Not Working Properly

I have a SharePoint list view where I am trying to filter by Status and a Date column. I want it to show items where both the Status is not equal to QA Complete and the Director Due date is within the last two weeks. I currently have the following:

Whenever a record's status is changed to QA Complete, the record isn't shown in the view, even if the date column is within the last two weeks. What am I doing wrong here?
