Modern site pages not editable

I'm having an issue with my Modern Pages. I create a new site page but I have no option to edit the page (image attached). It has worked in the past so I don't know what might have changed. Can anybody point me in the right direction to solve/reset this? Using Sharepoint 2019 Enterprise
