Mega menu's not showing on mobile devices

We are currently working on a new sharepoint intranet, based on the new homesites. We added megamenus, which work great. When looking at the SP pagina from a mobile device or via the app, we don't see the mega menu's however. Only 'home' and 'my sharepoint' show up on the hamburger menu. Does anyone know what be going on?
