Layout Page not Loading Parts

Hello,

Copied a page with a layout to create a new site, and get this message in each section of the page that should pull dynamic content in. The pages that it should be drawing the info from exist, but seems the link to it is broken. How and where can I edit this link? I can't seem to edit the layout of the page, and just a regular edit of the page doesn't show the elements.
