Knowing what has been changed on an excel document in SharePoint

Hello,

 

We have an excel document which we want to share with our customer but when they save it, we are unsure what they have changed within the excel document. I know we can see who has been into the document and viewed it but is there a way you can see exactly what changes have been made?
