Is there a workflow history view limitation on SP 2019 or office 365?

On premise 2013, you can see the Workflow Status page by clicking on the workflow name status field in the list view or selecting Workflow from the item dropdown menu. You can also view the Workflow Progress (visual representation of the workflow).

But on prem 2019 the Workflow Progress (visual representation of the workflow) is limited. The rest of the workflow information trail is hidden or cut off.

We’ve raised this with our third-party solution support team (Nintex Support) but feedback is not what we are looking for.

Is there a workflow history view limitation or Is it possible that it could be because it's a policy on SP 2019 or office 365?

Appreciate some insights on this.
