Is it possible to hide files from People Contact card
The files tab under People Card shows files shared between people and the current logged in user. Is there a way to hide the files or recent files tab from the people card?
Deleted - i didn't get you. We have Office 365 SharePoint site and when user navigates to People or click on any user in "People" webpart the contact card displays Files tab which we don't want. Are you saying this is not possible OOO way and need customization to achieve this?
Basically Chris is saying that you cannot customize the Contact Card so the answer to your question is No.
Yeah forgive me thought you meant People webpart. Yeah you cannot customize the people card at all. That's sort of a system wide GUI that isn't exposed for customizations. You might be able to do some fancy application customizers to change it on individuals sites, but not on that SharePoint home because it isn't accessible via customizations.Thanks Juan.
