Any idea how to add such URL \\isshfs.xyz.com\isAnalysis$\ to the Teams?

Vanity domains are not supported by Microsoft, you can do internal redirects if you want but the URL's won't change once redirected. I think that is what you are asking.
You should just use the standard https://<company>.sharepoint.com/sites/<sitename> .
