Integrating Dynamics Nav in SharePoint On-Premise

Hello, I can't seem to register an app on my SharePoint On-Premise.

After entering all required fields in AppRegNew.aspx and clicked 'Create' button, it showed me an error message: "Sorry, something went wrong"

Is there an alternative way of embedding microsoft dynamics nav and its web parts in sharepoint using webservices either in C# or PHP?
