in sharepoint list i want to stop aging based on expected closing date

in sharepoint list i want to stop aging based on expected closing date.

My aging is based on requested date =TODAY()-Request Date, which will give the aging and count as number of days, i have another column "Excpected Closing Date" so when the date is entered and on that day the aging should stop and the days count should be freeze, please provide a solution.
