Impact on SharePoint if we change UPN name of users.
Hi all ,
I wanted to check what is an impact on SharePoint 2019 on-prem if we change the UPN of the users. I have OneDrive and SharePoint On-Prem. Please suggest.

I have a pretty similar task ahead and was wondering if you managed to get some experiences or feedback in this (fully aware that your question is more than 1 year old.).

Mirco- The users interal guid will be the same so shouldn't create any major issues, Some issues such as profile images and such can occur until indexing kicks off.
