IF Formula not displaying in modern mode

Hi Team

I created a Calculated (calculation based on other columns) column with a simple IF formula =IF([column1]<=[column2],"UnderBudget","OverBudget") but it is not displaying in modern mode, only in classic mode? 

any quick fix? screenshot attached with developer tool errors showing in modern mode.
