Hub site Navigation Broken, I think Tenant has been upgraded

Hello Everyone,

As of this morning my hubsite multi level navigation broke such as this

Departments (Works)

     Finance (Works)

     Education (Does not work)

            Training (Works)

     HR (Works)

Anything that has a sub passed the first level breaks the level above, by removing or promoting the sub it works again.  

The Menu also looks different so I think it's been upgraded, not a targeted release Tenant.

Any thoughts?  I have a ticket open, but that's always a sow process
