How to Sync (mirror) files from SP directory to FTP site ?

Hello, 

Thanks for looking at my question. I'd like to setup an FTP server and synchronize it to a SharePoint directory so that any files (existing and new) contained in the directory are automatically transferred to the FTP site. If anyone has any insight to how to get this done I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
