How to share information with external users without them seeing each others activities?

Hi, could you more clarify this: are we able to remove the visibilities of each other's user activities in the folder?
Do you want to hide all other documents? Or do you want to hide the changes made in the document?

- Thanks for your reply MantasSe - we want to be able to hide the changes made in the document. For example, the administrator did a test to share the file to her personal email address - and this activity can be seen by all users (including her full email address). We are worried about potential leakage of people's emails.
