How to consolidate content from different places?

Scenario 1: migrate content to the Teams / group Sharepoint site, what I’ve done with DL is use the outlook group option to “subscribe” everyone to the group. Then use powershell (after deleting the old DL” and manually add the alias to the office 365 group. I can try and look that up it’s been awhile if your interested :).
Scenario 2. Yes definitely groupify. Once geoupified you can then add a Team to the site / group of required.
