How to change the default custom colors in a SharePoint calendar

Hi All,

I can use category and overlays to apply custom colors on items in a SharePoint calendar BUT the default colors are not very good (well IMHO). I woud like to see Yellow, Orange etc) I have seen how to add a New css file but do not do not know how to make it etc. Any other solution or is there someplace I can find the css file?

    There is no way to change the defaul colors you have for the calendar overview....as you have said, you can do it by adding some custom CSS. Since the calendar view is a classic view, you can edit the view and add that CSS in a Script or Content Editor WebPart

      jcgonzalezmartin Well I guess I mean I do not want to change the default colors - just use different colors. Does anyone know where do I get the CSS file that I can add - or is there an add-on etc
