how to add a dynamic filter to existing task list

Starting sharepoint user, can you direct me to link or tell me how to add a dynamic filter on a task list ?

For example: ( i have multiple text fields that I need to filter)

Top of screen   filter Text3      filter text4

task name    %complete  text3(mytext)  text4.....

task1            50%             apple              blue

task2               0%            orange           blue

task3             10%            orange
